Chlorine free professional grade cleaning solution. DiffX™ 20g sachets are for use in hospital wards to clean and disinfect large areas with a mop or a cloth.
The sachets fully dissolve in warm water to generate peracetic acid in situ. Adjust strength of solution according to daily clean, touch point clean or terminal clean in the event of an infection outbreak.

The unique DiffX™ non-chlorine formulation gives it the powerful ability to 100% destroy HCAI bacteria, virus and spores.
Even in the most contaminated and soiled conditions the effectiveness of DiffX™ as a disinfectant is excellent. The patented product only creates its disinfecting agent when dissolved in warm water, thus providing safety in handling and storage.
Tested against the UK and European Standards Framework with increased organic and microbial challenges, DiffX™ proved superior in environmental cleaning where spore borne, dried surface contamination and high organic presence was most problematic.
DiffX™ sachets are convenient to store and simple to use.
Directions for 20g sachets for cleaning floors and surfaces and equipment.
DAILY ROUTINE CLEAN:
- Measure 3 litres of warm water for surfaces and equipment, and 5 litres of warm water for floors, to containers or buckets
- Add 1 x 20g DiffX sachets allow to dissolve for 5 minutes
- Cloths and mops should be damp not wet
DEEP CLEANS:
- Measure 3 litres of warm water for surfaces and equipment to containers or buckets
- Add 2 x 20g DiffX sachets allow to dissolve for 5 minutes
- The cloths should be damp not wet

Working In Partnership
We are successfully using DiffX™ at a number of our acute sites and community services. In conjunction with national PHE and local IPC guidance, we’re using the dilution rates as recommended, 1 to 5 for the floors, 1 to 3 for the daily cleans on touchpoints and 1 to 1 for terminal cleans in the event of an outbreak.
